Surfrider Foundation needed compelling digital ads to amplify their advocacy campaign calling on President Biden to expand and designate over 1 million acres of California national monuments – protecting lands and waters critical to Tribal Nations, biodiversity, and climate resilience.

The ads needed to stop scrollers on news publication platforms and drive them to the campaign landing page.

The campaign contributed to a successful outcome. In January 2025, President Biden designated the Chuckwalla and Sáttítla Highlands National Monuments, protecting nearly 850,000 acres of culturally and ecologically significant land across California.
