First 5 Alameda County was transitioning from print to digital annual reports for the first time. They needed a new approach that communicated complex program data, policy work, and community impact in a digital format accessible to diverse stakeholders—from county officials to community members.

I designed their first-ever digital annual report and continued for three consecutive years (2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022), successfully transitioning First 5 from print to digital reporting and establishing a cohesive visual system across three years that effectively communicated their work supporting young children and families throughout Alameda County.
