I’m a multi-creative unicorn on a mission to make an impact.

Hi, I’m Faye. I’m a multi-creative with a get-it-done mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, driven by a belief that meaningful work happens at the intersection of clarity, creativity, and impact.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats – from freelance photographer and web designer to custom cake decorator and bartender. Each role shaped my hands-on, adaptable approach and taught me how to listen deeply, problem-solve creatively, and meet people where they are. I bring that same energy into my work today, blending strategy, storytelling, and design to support mission-driven organizations and small businesses doing meaningful work.

What I bring to the work:

  • 10+ years of experience working in and alongside nonprofit organizations
  • Education in Public & Environmental Health (UC Berkeley) and Social Justice (California Institute of Integral Studies)
  • A people-centered, equity-driven, community-rooted approach
  • Strategy + storytelling + design working together
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and collaborative working style
  • Deep respect for lived experience, culture, and community voice
  • Community-centered leadership and creative advocacy as Vice President of the Board, Oakland Asian Cultural Center
