Project Summary
The Arts Ed Accelerator Fund needed a brand identity that reflected the sophistication of their mission – advancing arts education policy across California – without veering into the “cutesy” aesthetic that often accompanies education-focused organizations.
Drawing from Bauhaus design principles, I conceptualized and developed a brand identity built around geometric abstraction and a deliberately non-primary color palette.
The logo mark integrates the organization’s acronym “AEA” into the geometric composition, creating a mark that’s both abstract and immediately recognizable. The full brand package included logo design, brand guidelines, marketing materials, and a web splash page – all unified by a cohesive visual system that balances artistic expression with professional authority.
